Do we know the cause of Louisa Earp Peters' death?

Louisa Houston Earp Peters (Morgan Earp's widow and later the wife of Gustav Peters) died of the kidney disease nephritis on June 12, 1894, in Long Beach, California.  She was 37 or 38.
